1. Members should be courteous and helpful at all times, dont play with your guild tag lightly!.
a. This includes other guilds and total strangers.

2. No profanity or verbal abuse towards another guild member in guild/shout/say/ooc/auction/.
a. The use of excessive profanity or abuse towards any guild member will result in removal from guild.
b. This also applies to people outside the guild, remember you have our name above your head.The use of excessive profanity or abuse towards any another person will result in removal from guild. if somebody is bothering you please use /ignore.

c. Any action that is likely to bring the name Divine Legend into disrepute this is /ooc name calling to other guild a show of Greed about loot on open raids led by other guilds and a general Greed Before need attitude. will be taken on a case by case basis but if you are a trial member will result in your removal from the guild, we do not want these sorts of people in Divine Legend.

3. Members will undertake all efforts to assist a fellow member in danger or need of assistance.
a. This includes buffing requests through corpse recovery, however do not expect any guild member to leave a group or run half way across Norrath to help you. However if a guild member is not grouped and/or is able to and they are in the same zone or an adjacent zone then they should endeavor to offer any assistance they can.

4. Members will contact an officer(preferably their class officer) who will deal with the matter if he/she has trouble or a problem with another guild member or another guild. The officers will discuss the matter and deal with the matter in the officers forum. If no clear outcome can be defined from the officers, the High Council will sit and vote on the issue, their decsion is final.
a. Members that are brought to the attention of the Officers and or High Council more then twice will be given a trial and be in judgment by the Officers.
i. All Judgments are final unless new evidence can be brought to the attention of the High Council and Officers. The Officers may impose warnings, probationary periods and or reccomend dismissal from the guild depending on the nature of the incident, 3 or more officers must be in agreement to do this and will include the class officer. Members can only be removed by a majority vote from the High Council.

5. Guild matters will be dealt with in the private forums by the officers and or High Council and the results posted in The Hero Tavern for the whole guild to see. Members will not spam officers and or High Council members for information regarding guild disciplinary issues, if they do they will be directed to the website.

6. Recruitment.
We will be opening up to new members but this will be controlled and new members will be level 50 or over. New member status will include a 30 day trial period, during this trial period the new member will be required to group with guild members at least 5 times, and with at least 3 differnet officers. The class officer for the members class will be responsible for the monitoring and eventual induction proper into the guild, the members application will be discussed in the officers forum and the member notified in person as soon after the 30 day trial as possible, usually by Guild MOTD. If you know someone that wants to join,please refer them to an officer in game or the website application form.

7.Raids & Events
a.Raid/Event information and strategies will be posted on the website with objective of the raid, time, date, and where to show up. If you havent read the website and posted that you have, then you will not be permitted on the raid, we also will not wait for people so prepare in advance.
b. Raids will be organized by officers. Officers will assign group leaders as they see fit on the day.
c.When on a raid there will be a raid leader and also group leaders. Guild members will wait for group leaders directions before taking any type of action be it moving to another area, or attacking mobs. d. Do not question the orders of the Raid Leader or in turn your group leader, and leave the chosen raid channel free for the organisers to use.

8.Loot Rules
a. Group leaders are the only people to loot on raids, unless otherwise noted, loot will be distributed on a need before greed basis (Unless the guild has been set up for a purpose ie epic items then the recipient will be stated before the raid).
b. When the group leader gets the item he/she should announce the item in the chosen channel at the time. (i.e. shout, guild chat, ooc)
c. Loot will be distributed amongst the classes that can use them, if more than 1 class is present the classes in question will roll 1/200 unless that class already has the item in question. If a class that can use the item is not present, the loot will be rolled for by everyone 1/200.
d. For the purpose of raiding anymore than 2 groups together will be considered a guild event/raid and the above rules will apply.

9.a. Ninja looting
b. Cheating a buyer/seller in a trade deal.
These are dishonorable acts and can damage our guild's reputation beyond repair. If proven beyond doubt , then these will be considered capital offences and the harshed punishment will be handed out.
